Here are some of the most frequently asked questions regarding our membership plans. We will continue to update this section of the site as more questions come up. If you have a question that is not on this page, feel free to contact us by clicking the button below and filling out the form.

Do my allotted hours roll over each month?

No. You must use all of your allotted hours within the 30 day time period before each subscription charge. Your hours do not roll over, so if you do not use them, you will lose them.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my Membership Plan?

Yes. All you need to do is contact us using the form located on the Home Page of your Membership Area and we can discuss the options available to you. Note: You MUST contact us at least 5 days before your scheduled membership fee due date in order to give us time to review your request and make the appropriate changes.

What is the turnaround time for you guys to Mix and Master a song?

Typically, we are Mixing multiple songs and projects for several artists at the same time. So we generally have a turnaround time of at least a week per 1-2 songs. However, we can usually get your song back to you in as little as 48 hours, but it really depends on our current work load and when we start your song(s).

Can I use my own Engineer for my sessions?

Unfortunately, you may not use your own engineer for your sessions. However, if you have an engineer you would prefer to work with, we advise that your engineer become an Audio Engineer Member and you both coordinate sessions via your engineer’s membership. In this scenario, you do not need an Artist Membership, unless you choose to do so and would like the additional benefits of the Artist Membership.

When I book a session, does it include Mixing and Mastering?

No. Your session only includes tracking/recording. We may make some edits and add some effects to your song during the session, but we do not Mix and Master in session.

Is there any back-line available for Rehearsal Sessions?

Our PA System with mics is the only thing we can provide for Rehearsal Sessions at the moment. However, we do intend on purchasing more equipment soon to be able to provide a practice Drum Kit and amps for electric guitars and bass guitars.
